COVID PROTOCOLS
OPVS complies with all federal, state and local guidelines regarding COVID protocols.
All members must present a vaccination card; status to be kept on file.
All members must follow mask compliance relevant to the governing city mandates. Postings will be on display at each location.
All members who are sick, have symptoms related to COVID-19, tested positive for COVID, currently in quarantine OR have come in contact with someone who is positive without receiving a negative test must stay home.
Members are expected to use the sanitary towelettes provided throughout the club to wipe down machines after use to sanitize and protect against the spread of any germs/viruses.
Members are expected to use the provided Hand Sanitizer throughout their stay to limit the spread of any pathogens from their use.
