REQUIREMENTS
QUALITIES
- Energetic, well-spoken with a drive to help others.
- Professional, punctual with superior organizational skills.
- Empathetic and able to relate to others.
- Possess problem solving skills.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification that is active (within last 2 years)
- Currently active CPR/AED certification (last 2 years)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Needs to be able to perform critical functions of the job that may include but are not limited to the following: walking, squatting, lunging, jumping, bending, and reaching around themselves.
- At a minimum, the job will require the ability to pull, push, lift and place weights at a minimum of 45lbs.
DUTIES
- Effectively communicate with clientele
- Maintain a current yet adaptive Training Program for each client
- Actively maintain the club space during working hours
- Attend meetings as scheduled per management
- Maintain active certifications as required as submit to management.
- Be able to operate in-club equipment effectively and without harm to oneself or others.
- Administer relevant evaluations specific to training program (Fitness Evaluation, Dietary Recommendations, Stretching Protocol, Training Regimen).
